MEDIATION:

Mediation is an excellent way to resolve a dispute with or without attorneys involved.  Litigation can be expensive, emotionally exhausting, unpredictable and disruptive to children.  Even after a judge rules, the opposing party may file an appeal and continue the litigation.  Mediation is informal, fast, confidential, and less expensive. 

Laura Rogers is trained to mediate family law cases.  She can mediate your case in the comfort of our offices so you can focus on the issues most important to you and craft your own agreement that meets your individual needs.
